The Details
The sunny beaches of the the westide of L.A. is a key part of the city's identity and culture. On this National Day of Service, we need people like you and your family, friends or associates to get involved to help clean up the beach improving the quality of the Santa Monica Bay and our beaches and neighborhoods..
All cleanup volunteers must have a signed waiver form. Please visit Heal the Bay website to download the waiver form and bring a signed copy to us.

Bring cash if you plan to park in the lot (there is no discounted parking) or come early to find street parking. Volunteers must be 13 years old OR be accompanied by an adult. Bags and gloves will be provided. However, to help cut down on the number of supplies we use for our cleanups, please bring your own reusable garden gloves and bucket or reuse a bag from home. We also encourage you to carry reusable water bottles. Water is available at all cleanups.
Michelle Hu and Stephanie Landry are your leads for this event - on the day of the event please sign in with them. Any questions you have, they are your guides for the day. Please provide your contact information, i.e. phone number and/or email so we may give you a confirmation call.
Note: NBS is a rain or shine event. Cleanups are only cancelled for lightening or thunderstorms due to risk. We will still hold the cleanup in light and steady rain.
Thank you!
