Collecting sox & blankets for Poverty Matters LA, Discussion on ending gun violence (National Day of Service – Community Resilience)

We elected President Obama to make sure everyone gets a fair break, a real chance at success - Poverty Matters Los Angeles works every day providing direct service and advocating policy changes to prevent and end homelessness. This is a COLD winter - and we are collecting needed socks and warm blankets. Please bring a packet of new socks or a new blanket.
